KD is a multi-family construction company that started in the spring of 2003 and has quickly grown into one of the most prolific and well respected construction organizations in the Southeast. For just over 3 years, we have delivered a number of multi-family projects of all sizes in markets throughout the Southeast. The company specializes in wood-frame, multi-story construction of conventional and off-campus student housing. Our goal for every project is the same — keep it simple, build it safely, on time, within budget and with no surprises.

Kenney Development’s headquarter office is in Raleigh, NC, but our projects extend throughout the Southeast. We’ve completed projects in GA, NC, SC, TN and we are currently looking for additional projects in various other areas in the Southeast.
