Kenney Development partners with the best contractors and uses the best quality products to build its projects.  The company specializes in constructing multi-story wood-frame buildings.  Projects generally include open, interior breezeways, brick veneer and hardiplank siding, and poured concrete slab on grade foundations.  Roofing systems are generally gable style and covered with a composition shingle.  All of the projects build by Kenney Development contain a sprinkler system and intrusion alarm systems in each unit.

A large majority of the projects Kenney Development builds include community amenities, including a one-story clubhouse and an outdoor swimming pool, basketball court, and volleyball court.  The clubhouse contains the leasing offices, a lounge/recreation area with adjacent kitchen, fitness center, business/computer center, and restrooms.
